Our production timescale for creating your personalised design is approximately 5-10 working days, if you require anything sooner please get in touch with our sales team via email to confirm if this is possible. Our standard delivery timescale is 2-4 working days for orders once we have produced your item. Blair Equestrian cannot be held responsible for any postal delays as this is out of our control.

Returns
We hope you love your Blair Equestrian purchase, however, should you wish to return any item to us for a refund, this will be issued, minus postage costs (Please note you are responsible for the return postage & this will not be refunded, we suggest you use a tracked postage)
If your order is in anyway damaged you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by email to [email protected] please include your order number and photos of the damaged items, if this is not complete we will be unable to accept the claim.
For custom cross country sets or other customised items that are specifically made to order these cannot be returned or refunded unless the item is faulty. This includes all items where colours/designs have been selected by the customer.
All items must be returned to us within 14 days in the condition that it was delivered to you, with all original tags/packaging in intact and no marks on the garments. Please allow up to 28 days for your account to be credited with a refund.
No refund under any circumstances, after 14 days of receiving your order. Any returned goods must include a completed returns slip.
All sale/Clearance items are non-refundable.
